Dear Yvonne,
Happy Christmas! That is, despite everything. Never mind, Christ is still in control and hears and answers prayers. David said in verse 32 of 1Samuel 17: Let no man’s heart fail because of him (i.e. Goliath). We need to think likewise, and take heart. In Habakkuk 3:17-19 we find verses to help us to remember God’s faithfulness in trial, and the strength to go on (verse 19). Keep well and God bless you.
