Surely your goodness

Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
One of the most well, known and beloved passages is Jesus’ gentle invitation for us to “Come to Him!”
I was one of those people who just kept running, seeking, struggling, striving, fighting, rushing, and searching all in an effort to find what only Jesus Christ could offer. I was at an all-time low, drowning in sin, exhausted, weary, wounded, and in deep dark despair searching aimlessly as though on a boundless sea.
With what I thought was my last breath, I called on the name of Jesus Christ and took Him up on his invitation, and surrender my life to Him {the wisest decision I had ever made}. Finally, the burden of seeking for the eternal truth of salvation has been lifted, and I found forgiveness, love, peace, joy, and a fulfilment that can be found nowhere else in life, but in Jesus Christ!
Jesus Christ is what we need and when we come to him as he says, there isn’t any doubt about the results. He will forgive your sins, and give you rest, peace, joy, hope and comfort! 1st Peter 5:7 “casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.”
