The Lukewarm church

The beautiful bride of Christ – the church – has shamelessly cast down her robe of righteousness and is parading around naked while committing adultery with the world. Sadly, the church superficially appears to be beautiful, rich and prosperous. However, just as Christ told the Leodocian church, she is naked, pitiful and starved. Divorce, homosexuality and sexual promiscuity are so rampant in the Church. So who is to blame? The falling away described in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 has begone.

I wish you were either one or the other! 16 So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. 17 You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. 18 I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see. The leaders

False leaders, preachers and teachers for the sake of their greed and gluttony employ vicious marketing schemes to promote their unblibical church growth agenda. They manufacture false miracles, manifestations and healings to deceive the people and mock the Holy Spirit. Rather than worship the true God, the false God of Mammon(money) is worshiped in the name of prosperity. They propagate false doctrines and heresies. They refuse to preach messages of rebuke, repentance and remorse. Talking about the second coming of Christ has become a taboo. Contrary to the teachings of the bible, women have been put in leadership over men. Women clergy are taking over and preaching the doctrines of Jezebel. Men are being emasculated and biblical standards are not being upheld.

So called gospel artists and Bishops are only interested in building a celebrity status for themselves. They want to be praised and lifted up. The church has been turned into entertainment centres with daily feasts, proms, discos, barbecues, enormous game rooms etc. Rather than focusing on teaching the un-perverted gospel of Christ, they prefer to preach “candy messages”

The leaders profit from gaining the world and are not concerned about their souls or the souls of those under them. Many of the congregation are poverty-stricken while the leaders ride around in vehicles worth millions of dollars.

The people

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. 2 Timothy 4:3-4(KJV)

This is exactly what is going on. The church does not want to be rebuked, they want their sins covered up with band-aid and their carnal cravings legitimised by the twisted scriptures provided by their false leaders. They want to be cuddled and fed “candy messages”.

The youth want to be entertained by the same music that is in the world. They remix it and re-offer the stench-filled sacrifice back to God. They have turned the Church of Christ into a circus. There is no more reverence for the church building. Adultery and fornication is committed right under the nose of God. The youth run around wearing gang-related clothes, sagging pants and over-sized necklaces.

The congregation are deceived into thinking that God is an ATM machine in the sky and they continue to give money to fund the greedy appetites of these leaders. Children and women are molested by some of these leaders and when their sins are exposed, when TRUE repentance is not displayed by these leaders, the followers continue to follow them, silencing anybody that dares to speak against the exposed sins of their leaders with the “judge not” bible verse. Is this really what Christ intended this versed to be used for? To ignore the sins of church leaders? To cover up the unrepentant? NO! i tell you. God will judge those on the outside; but as the Scriptures say, “You must remove the evil person from among you.” 1 Corinthians 5:13

Is all hope lost?

The good news is, there is ALWAYS a remnant. Maybe you have been noticing these trends in your church. God is saying to you “Therefore, COME OUT FROM THEIR MIDST AND BE SEPARATE,” says the Lord. “AND DO NOT TOUCH WHAT IS UNCLEAN; And I will welcome you. 2 Corinthians 6:17

Jesus Christ stood over Jerusalem and wept bitterly (Luke 19:41-44). Today, Jesus is crying out to the Church. “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne. Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”Revelation 3:20-22

Brothers and Sisters, HELL IS REAL. If you don’t believe so, I fear for you. Just like not believing in gravity will not save you if you decide to leap off a 10-storey building, not believing in Hell will not save you from it.
Many are on the wide and comfortable path to this terrible place.

Christ is coming soon and is calling upon us to turn around and repent. How shall we escape [hell/punishment], if we neglect so great salvation; Hebrews 2:3 Seek and Follow the TRUE gospel of Christ to avoid being left behind.

Christ is coming with a whip. He is coming to cleanse His church. The marketers and merchandisers will be be thrown out and destroyed. Do not get caught up.

ARISE CHURCH. WAKE UP FROM YOUR SLUMBER! REPENT!
